Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Triple Threat Basketball LLC (“we,” “us”) handles your information in the Football Playmaker app for Mac, iPad, and iPhone (the “App”). We built the App for coaches, and we keep it simple: we don’t track you, show ads, use analytics, or sell your data — ever.

Information we collect

We only collect information if you choose to create an account to sync your work across your devices. In that case:

• Account details. If you sign up with email, we store your email address. If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive the name and email you agree to share (this may be Apple’s private “relay” email if you choose to hide yours). This is used only to create and secure your account.
• Your content. The plays, formations, call sheets, and notes you create are stored in your account so they appear on your other devices.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or any device tracking data.

How we use your information

Strictly to run the service you asked for: to sign you in, and to store and sync your plays across your Mac, iPad, and iPhone. That’s it. We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or marketing, and we never sell or rent it.

Where your information is stored

Accounts and synced content are stored using Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore), on Google’s secure servers. Google processes this data on our behalf as our service provider. You can review Google’s practices in the Firebase Privacy and Security documentation.

Payments

Purchases are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or, for the Mac version bought directly, Gumroad. We never receive or store your payment card details.

Your choices and rights

• Use without an account. Skip signing in and nothing is collected; your data stays on your device.
• Delete your account and cloud data. In the App, open the account screen (👤) and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your account and the plays stored in the cloud. Plays saved locally on a device are removed by deleting the App from that device.
• Access or questions. Contact us any time (below) about the information associated with your account.

Data retention

We keep your account and synced content until you delete your account, after which it is removed from our active systems.

Children’s privacy

The App is intended for coaches and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we’ll update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above.
